Chemical Properties
Stability
Chemically stable at room temperature with no pollution. However, raw materials such as benzenesulfonyl chloride and benzene are toxic, and care should be taken to prevent spills and leaks during operation.
Decomposition
When heated above 105°C, it gradually decomposes from a molten state, releasing nitrogen gas, with a standard gas evolved of 120 ml/g. It hydrolyzes in hot water to produce sulfonic acid and release nitrogen gas, with no hygroscopic deliquescence at room temperature.

Plastic Foaming Agent
P-toluenesulfonyl hydrazide can be used as a foaming agent for natural rubber, synthetic rubber, and various plastics. By adding p-toluenesulfonyl hydrazide, plastic and rubber products can develop fine closed-cell structures, reducing shrinkage and increasing tear resistance. Usage Precautions
Foaming agent TSH should not be used in conjunction with dinitrosopentamethylenetetramine (foaming agent H) and should not be used with lead salts or aluminum salt additives to avoid coking and contamination of the rubber material. 
When using this product, foaming auxiliaries may not be required. This product has a relatively low decomposition temperature and should be mixed at temperatures below 70°C.

Storage and Transportation
Foaming agent TSH should be sealed in packaging and stored in a cool, ventilated place, avoiding heat and sunlight. It should be stored and transported according to general chemical regulations.
